2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Mint Cashback.
3. Your Account
- You must provide accurate information when signing up
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure
- You are responsible for all activity on your account
4. How Cashback Works
- Shop at supported stores with Mint Cashback activated
- We track eligible purchases and split the commission 50/50 with you
- You may redeem your cash via PayPal, Venmo, or gift cards
- If a purchase does not track, contact us at support@mintcashback.com
5. Privacy
- We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details
6. Permitted Use
- Mint Cashback is for personal, non-commercial use only
- Do not misuse, reverse engineer, or exploit the service
7. Limitation of Liability
- Mint Cashback is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages or losses
- Our total liability is limited to $100 or the amount you earned in the last 12 months, whichever is greater
8. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms. Continued use of Mint Cashback constitutes acceptance of the changes
